Moss Hotel & Apartments can offer a range of short- and long-term accommodation solutions away from a standard hotel room.
All apartments come with the benefit of staying in a hotel, however with added privacy and flexibility. Each apartment is fully furnished and contains all you would expect from both a hotel and apartment, including; high speed internet access, national/international/smart TV system, full kitchen with cooking utensils along with private bathrooms and laundry washing facilities. Bedding and towels are also included.
Maintaining the perks of a hotel stay, all apartment guests are able to enjoy the hotels buffet breakfast, free parking either onsite or at the hotel and apartment cleaning (for stays over a week).
We can offer self check-in and out for a fully flexible service, along with a 24/7 hotel reception to answer any questions during the stay.
One Bedroom Apartments
Our one-bedroom apartments are suitable for up to two adults sharing.
Located in several areas around Moss, with a selection only a short walk from the hotel, these apartments feature all that is needed for a relaxing stay.
Offering private parking, washing & cooking facilities along with high-speed internet & TV package.
Our one-bedroom apartments are located between 50 – 300 meters from the hotel.
Pricing:
Long term apartments for one person are available from: 995,- per night.
Long term apartments for two persons are available from: 645,- per person per night - Total 1290,- per night.
Two Bedroom Apartments
Our two-bedroom apartments are suitable for up to four adults sharing.
Located in several areas around Moss, with a selection only a short walk from the hotel, these apartments feature all that is needed for a relaxing stay.
All apartments offer free parking, private washing & cooking facilities along with high-speed internet & TV package.
Our two-bedroom apartments are located between 50 – 1000 meters from the hotel, with some a short distance directly across from the main hotel building.
Pricing:
Long term apartments for two persons are available from: 695,- per person per night - Total 1390,- per night.
Long term apartments for three persons are available from: 595,- per person per night - Total 1785,- per night.
Long term apartments for four persons are available from: 495,- per person per night - Total 1980,- per night.
Three Bedroom Apartment & House
Our three-bedroom apartments and house are suitable for up to six adults sharing.
Located a short drive from the hotel, this is suited for those who are working on projects, or for families needing the extra space.
Offering private onsite parking, washing & cooking facilities along with high-speed internet & TV package.
Our three-bedroom apartment & house are located between 1000 – 3000 meters from the hotel.

Private building with 4 Apartments
For companies / organisations that are looking for short- or long-term accommodation for several workers, we can offer our own detached, private apartment block consisting of 4 fully furnished, modern apartments.
The four apartments vary in size from a one person one-bedroom unit, to a 4 person two-bedroom unit.
This is ideal for 4 separate workers, however can accommodate up to 8 adults if sharing.
Sharing one main secure entrance, the four apartments have their own internal entrances split over two levels. Each apartment consists of a modern design and style, private bedrooms and bathrooms along with a full range kitchen and washing facilities, TV package and high-speed internet access.
Private onsite parking is available for two vehicles, with streetside parking for larger or extra vehicles at no extra cost.
In the summer time, guests may make use of a private outdoor space, an apartment BBQ is also provided.
Our 4 apartment block is located approximately 1000 meters from the hotel.
Long term cost when renting the whole block of 4 apartments (sleeping 5 persons with separate bedrooms): 3990,- per night.
Apartment Information
For safety and security, the reception must be provided with full guest names, contact information and an electronic copy of identification a minimum 48 hours prior to check-in.
Only guests who are named on the booking reservation are able to stay overnight at the apartments.
Cleaning will take place weekly for reservations over 7 nights.
All guests must take their garbage to the communal waste bins during their stay and on their final departure date.
For apartment guests making use of the hotel car park, a parking permit must be collected from the reception. This service is provided and monitored by APCOA Parking.
If a reservation is extended, it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure a new parking permit has been issued and collected.
Guests must respect that the apartments are in residential buildings and therefore follow the common rules on excessive noise. Complaints will be taken seriously by either guests or residents – Noise complaints should be brought to the attention of the hotel reception as soon as possible.
We kindly ask all guests to inform the reception as soon as possible if there are any damages / issues or missing items from the apartment so we can rectify these as soon as possible.
In an emergency guests should always call 110 (Fire), 112 (Police) or 113 (Ambulance) first, then immediately inform the hotel reception on +47 69 20 24 00.
